The campground can fit 220 individual campsites within it. Each campsite is individually fitted with electricity, a fire ring, and a picnic table, making it extremely easy to set up for the night. Two modern restrooms with shower buildings are also located at the campground along with a child’s play area. Make sure to reserve your spot on the campground in advance with reservations taken up to six months in advance at the state park’s website.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the beaches within state park boundaries in Michigan. So, if you are traveling if your favorite doggo friend, make sure to keep them on a leash and off the beach and stay within the campground areas.
