Located just two blocks from Oak Street Beach, this four-bedroom, four-bath retreat combines an exceptional location with resort-style amenities, including a private seasonal pool, hot tub, game room, fire pit, and expansive outdoor living spaces. Spend sunny afternoons by the pool, walk to the beach for a Lake Michigan sunset, and return home for evenings around the fire or relaxed time together across three generous levels of living space.

Living Spaces
Ark on Park offers multiple gathering areas, giving up to 12 guests plenty of room to spend time together while still enjoying space to spread out. The impressive great room features soaring ceilings, a stone fireplace, and dramatic chalet-style windows that fill the space with natural light. Glass doors frame views of the deck and backyard while creating an easy connection between the home’s indoor and outdoor spaces. Settle into the plush sofas for morning conversations, stream a favorite movie on the large television using the high-speed Wi-Fi, or gather around the fireplace on cooler Lake Michigan evenings. The lower level creates a second destination within the home. A full living room with a comfortable sectional and large television gives children, teens, or another family their own place to relax. The game area features a pool table, while the kitchenette, additional refrigerator space and dedicated ice maker, and table for four make it easy to keep drinks and snacks nearby.

Cooking & Dining
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals for a crowd. Stainless steel appliances, two wine refrigerators, abundant cabinetry, and an extra-long countertop provide plenty of room for groceries, food preparation, and serving. The adjacent dining table seats eight and overlooks the deck and park-like backyard through the glass doors. Whether you are enjoying a quick breakfast before the beach, preparing lunch between swims, or gathering for a celebratory dinner, the open layout keeps the kitchen, dining area, and great room comfortably connected.

Bed & Bath
With four bedrooms and four full bathrooms arranged across three levels, Ark on Park offers a flexible layout for extended families and groups of up to 12 guests. The main-floor (second level) primary suite features a king bed, television, dedicated desk, and private access to the expansive deck. Its ensuite bathroom offers a jetted soaking tub, tiled walk-in shower, and double vanity. An additional main-floor (second level) bedroom includes a king bed and a twin daybed with a trundle, along with its own television. A second full bathroom on this level features a tub and shower combination. Upstairs (third level), the third bedroom provides two full beds with twin trundles, two additional twin beds, a television, and a private bathroom with a shower. The lower-level bedroom includes a queen bed and a full over full bunk bed. A fourth full bathroom with a shower is also conveniently located on this level.

Outdoor Spaces
Outdoor living is at the heart of the Ark on Park experience. The private resort-style swimming pool features poolside loungers invite guests to stretch out in the sunshine between swims. The oversized deck overlooks the spacious backyard and provides plenty of room for enjoying the peaceful setting. As evening arrives, unwind in the bubbling hot tub or gather around the outdoor fire pit for conversation and s’mores beneath the stars. When you are ready to explore, Oak Street Beach is just two blocks away, making Lake Michigan beach days and sunset walks wonderfully convenient. Downtown South Haven’s locally owned shops, restaurants, harbor, and seasonal attractions are approximately 1.2 miles from the home.
