French doors from the 2nd level living room lead to a large patio complete with grill and hot tub where you can enjoy the soothing sounds and breeze of Lake Michigan. It is the perfect place to have a glass of wine or enjoy conversation while grilling dinner. The two upgraded bathrooms contribute to the upscale feel of this property. The master suite bath has a separate tub and shower, double vessel bowl sinks and a linen closet. The 2nd guest bath has a tub shower combo, large vanity and linen closet.
We are located in a residential neighborhood just 2 blocks to the South Public Beach and Kids Corner Park. We are 6 blocks from the Black River which is the main walking path from downtown to the South Pier, Lighthouse, and the newly renovated South Beach complete with new kids play equipment and picnic tables. It’s an easy stroll to all the popular South Haven spots from our property. If you have younger children check out Kids Corner Park.
