This quintessential South Haven estate features five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, spacious living and dining areas, hardwood floors, ten-foot ceilings throughout, a new kitchen, elegant finishes and fixtures, balconies offering glimpses of Lake Michigan, multiple patios, alfresco dining, and several outdoor entertaining spaces. Plenty of room inside and out to relax and enjoy! This desirable North Shore Drive location is directly across from Woodman Street Beach, just steps from sparkling aquamarine waters of Lake Michigan, steps from the Black River Marina, and only a quick stroll from charming downtown shopping and dining. This is a place to gather and make memories that will last a lifetime.

Sip your coffee out here in the morning amidst the fragrance of lilacs, or enjoy a glass of wine here in the evening as pastel hues of sunset paint the sky. The private back patio is perfect for alfresco dining after a day of sightseeing, boating or swimming at the beach. There’s also an enclosed outdoor beach shower on the back patio. The back patio features a wrought iron dining table with seating for six, a gas BBQ grill, Grill steaks, portobellos, corn on the cob or fresh caught whitefish!
