Welcome to a South Haven beach house that is the essence of “laidback luxury.” Located on North Shore Dr., at the back of Monroe Park/North Beach, this gorgeous 5BR home is just a 1-2 min. walk to the shore (with no stairs to climb!). After a day at the beach, stroll home to your chic, colorful beach house brimming with high-end features and finishes, from its feather-soft beds to its gleaming, gourmet-inspired kitchen. Ideal for 2 or 3 families traveling together, with 3 levels of living space.
Living Spaces
The home’s intuitive, open floor plan includes spacious areas for gathering as a group, as well as cozy nooks for stealing a quiet moment to yourself. On the main floor, take a nap on a big, plush sectional or pile in for a movie night on the flat-screen TV in the main living area. Nearby, a tucked-away sitting area features toys and games for the little ones, plus a comfy armchair for keeping an eye on the kids (and the other eye on a good book). The cooks in your group won’t feel left out here: the spacious, eat-in kitchen includes a conversation area with two sofas positioned in front of a flickering gas fireplace. Last but not least, the full, finished basement is a great space to send the older kids and teens! It has a flat-screen TV, a sofa with a chaise, and a wet bar/mini-fridge so they can grab snacks and drinks.
Cooking & Dining
The spacious, open kitchen will soon become the main hub for group activity! Pull up a chair to the sprawling granite island and plan your day over morning coffee. Gather for afternoon snacks after a restful day of soaking up the sun. Play a game of cards at the dining table. Or prep meals together—there’s plenty of elbow room for multiple chefs to collaborate, not to mention the stainless double ovens and other Kitchenaid appliances. The finished basement is home to a full bedroom suite, featuring a Queen bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. (Perfect for night owls or early risers who keep a different schedule from the group!) The remaining four bedrooms are located upstairs on the 3rd floor. The King-size bedroom is located at one end of the hall, along with a luxurious full bath featuring a separate soaking tub and walk-in shower. At the other end of the hall, with the other three bedrooms, you’ll find a second full bath, with a double-sink vanity and a separate water closet.

During the peak season, this home has a 7-night minimum and would rent Friday - Friday.
