Sweet beach house neighborhood. Family friendly. My kids were delighted to find toys and books in the kids bunk room. Thankful for the beach gear in the shed too! Nicely stocked kitchen. It felt like home. Fun to walk the kids to the playground with morning coffee. And sunset beach walks on our way home after dinner. We liked popping in a few shops downtown, getting ice cream at the south beach concessions, and grabbing dinner over at 3 Blondes Brewing (worth a short drive). The other places we tried in town were all fried bar food style. But Admiral Jacks at least had good waterside boat views and we liked our server. It got lively at night, more family friendly for lunch.
Note for runners: fun mixed terrain out and back route. From the house, down the blue stairs, up south beach, follow along the harborwalk, all the way around to north beach. Easy to extend or shorten as needed. I know there's a trailhead a block from the house but I wasn't there long enough to check it out

Great place! A bit expensive, but it was beautiful on the inside and comfortable with all the amenities. Our favorite part was how close it was to the beach, park and downtown. All walkable! I would recommend this place to others with a larger group or family.

Very nice new home 2 blocks from blue stairs to beach and about 6 blocks to downtown.Kitchen stocked for cooking , ample dining area. Enjoyed front porch and did a family puzzle supplied in game cabinet. Would stay again.

Great house - extremely clean and well-maintained. It provided a wonderful weekend for our group of adults and kids. Around the corner from the Kids' Corner park and the Blue Stairs/beach. About a 15/20 minute walk to the Farmers Market and downtown, which was totally doable for our group. Would definitely stay again if it was available.

Our stay was wonderful! The house was perfectly located to walk to the playground and beach with small children. There were toys for the kids and books games for all ages. Everything was perfectly clean, easy to access, and in a cozy, quiet part of town. We loved our time and would definitely recommend!

House was perfect for our family! Plenty of room for everyone with comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. It was a quick two block walk to south beach access as well as the park. Also very quick walk to downtown, about 10-15 minutes depending on where are you going. The shed has 4 bikes plus some beach gear (toys, chairs etc). There are also two baby gates in the downstairs supply closet which was awesome since we have an active baby.

The house was in a great location; three blocks from the beach, and maybe six blocks to all of the shops and restaurants. It was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The house was well appointed and very clean and modern. The house had 4 bicycles but they needed to be tuned up.

The house is a new build in very good condition, great location, easy walkability. The yard needs some TLC other than that felt right at home! Good amenities but would have appreciated a 11 am checkout.

We loved staying at this home! It was exactly like in the pictures. It was clean and organized, and the house was stocked with everything you could need. We loved the ease of checking in and out, and we also loved how walkable the house was from the beach. While at the same time, being nestled in a quiet street, gives it a nice amount of privacy. We can't wait to return!
